Missing Washington County Woman's Body Found In NY's Cherry Plain State Park: Police
Twenty-year-old Morgan Bates was last seen on Feb. 22. Authorities are calling her death "suspicious."

RENSSELAER COUNTY, NY — The body of a missing Washington County woman was discovered in Cherry Plain State Park this week, according to police, who are calling the woman's death "suspicious."
Morgan Bates, 20, of White Creek, was last seen in Eagle Bridge, according to the Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office. Police said she may have been seen in the town of Petersburgh around 2 a.m. Feb. 22.
Bates' body was found Sunday, police said.

The case is now being investigated as a suspicious death, the sheriff's office said. No further details were available as of Thursday morning.
