1 Shot At Queensbridge Amid Bloody Night At NYCHA Houses: Report
At least four people were shot on the grounds of NYCHA complexes Monday night, the NY Post reported, following a weekend of violence in NYC.
LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — A person was randomly shot at the Queensbridge Houses this week during a bloody night at the city's NYCHA complexes, according to a report citing the NYPD.
A gunman started shooting at another man in the leg on 12th Street near 40th Avenue about 8:30 p.m. Monday, police told the New York Post.
Police did not immediately respond to Patch's request for confirmation.

This shooting, which reportedly left the victim hospitalized but in stable condition, is one of at least four that took place on the grounds of citywide housing projects Monday night, according to the Post.
Other people were shot at NYCHA complexes in Harlem, Canarsie, and the South Bronx, police told the outlet.

While the shootings left streets bloodied and car windows shattered, pictures show, none of the victims died from their injuries, according to the report.
The shootings Monday night come hours after a particularly bloody weekend in New York City, where a wave of shootings and stabbings left more than 30 locals injured and at least one dead, Patch reported.
