Two men were caught on surveillance video pointing a gun at an Astoria gas station worker and emptying the cash register in front of him.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — Two masked men were caught on surveillance video pointing a gun at an Astoria gas station worker and emptying the cash register in front of him.

The stick-up happened just before 9 p.m. Thursday inside the Mobil gas station at the corner of 21st Street and Broadway, police said in a news release.

The duo walked in and headed behind the sales counter, where one of the men pulled out a gun and pointed it at the 65-year-old man working the register.

The men took $450 from the cash register and the worker's cell phone, then fled south on 21st Street, according to police.
