Eater published a list of "10 Top Pizza Slices in NYC This Season," and a pizzeria in Astoria was among the lucky bunch.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — A pizzeria in Astoria was named among the best places to get a slice in New York City.
On Wednesday, Eater published a list of “10 Top Pizza Slices in NYC This Season.”
The lucky bunch included Steinway Pizza at 31-51 Steinway Street, between Broadway and 31st Avenue.

The pizzeria is known for its white slice, which doesn’t include tomato sauce and mostly consists of dough, garlic, and ricotta.
“It was a colossal hit and at Steinway Pizza, it continues to be for lovers of dairy and garlic who believe tomato sauce gives them heartburn,” Eater wrote.

The Astoria pizza shop is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on weekends and serves up pies, burgers, salads, wraps, and other items.
Other by-the-slice pizzerias on the list were Pizza Sam in Jackson Heights and Rosetta in West Village.
