Cause Of Fire In Ravenswood Apartment Under Investigation: FDNY
A fire broke out in a third-floor apartment in Ravenswood Houses on Tuesday evening. There were no injuries.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Firefighters are investigating a blaze that broke out Tuesday in a Ravenswood Houses apartment.
The fire broke out about 7:30 p.m. in a third-floor apartment in the Queens public housing complex, according to the FDNY.
Video posted to the Citizen app shows flames and smoke protruding from the apartment's window.

No one was injured, a Fire Department spokesperson said. It isn't yet clear how the fire started, but the cause is under investigation.
