LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Yinelsy Gomez's mother has been missing for over two weeks, and the only clues she has about her whereabouts are a cell phone and backpack, according to a new report.

Mother-of-four Yecely Sanchez, 43, disappeared from her Long Island City home on the evening of Jan. 1, said police, who are still looking for her as of Jan. 18 — over two weeks since she went missing.

Gomez told ABC7 that her mother's cell phone was found at Manhattan's Mount Sinai West Hospital (though there's no record of her being admitted to the hospital), and her backpack was discovered on the walkway of the Queensboro Bridge.

"She doesn’t have any enemies, she’s such a kind soul," Gomez told ABC7 of her mother, who she says she desperately misses.
