Midtown Comics To Open Astoria Outlet This Weekend
Midtown Comics is opening a weekends-only Astoria outlet Saturday, selling graphic novels, manga and collectibles up to 70 percent off.
ASTORIA, QUEENS — Midtown Comics is opening a weekends-only Astoria outlet Saturday, inspired by the weekend warehouse sales that the comic-book retailer used to hold in Long Island City.
Located on 41st Street just south of Broadway, the new location will feature high-end back issues, Midtown Comics exclusives and 99-cent specials, according to a company blog post.
Other selections include graphic novels, manga, collectibles, action figures and Gundam at discounts of up to 70 percent.

Customers will soon be able to order new releases online for pick-up at the Astoria location.
