Nuts Factory Opens Second Queens Location In Astoria

ASTORIA, QUEENS — Nuts lovers and sweets connoisseurs alike are getting an overwhelming display of options to buy their favorite snacks on 30th Avenue.

Nuts Factory is opening its second location in Queens by the end of the month at 34-16 30th Ave., according to the store's real estate broker.

"Astoria is a great location for them because of the different cultures that coexist in that neighborhood," said Richard Babeck, who brokered the deal. "Nuts Factory, by its design and the products they sell, will speak to everyone."

The store sells a wide variety of nuts, from tiramisu-covered almonds to coconut-covered cashews. Nuts Factory also sells dried fruit and spices including za'atar, Persian rice mix, and yellow shawarma.

Babeck said the store was slated to open by Memorial Day weekend.

Other Nuts Factory locations can be found in Forest Hills, the Upper East Side, and Park Slope.
