Perp Pickpockets 85-Year-Old Woman At Queens Subway Station: NYPD

The thief reached into the woman's purse and stole her wallet at the 46 Street-Bliss subway station, police said.

SUNNYSIDE, QUEENS -- Police are searching for the thief who allegedly stole an 85-year-old woman's wallet right from her purse at a Sunnyside subway station.

The unidentified man walked with the woman into the 46 Street-Bliss 7 subway station at around 2 p.m. on Friday, cops said.

Before leaving, he reached into the woman's purse and took her wallet, which had $130 cash, a debit card and personal papers inside, police said.

Cops estimated the perp to be about 30 years old with black hair and brown eyes, weighing roughly 125 pounds and standing at around 5 feet tall. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt, dark shoes and a blue baseball cap.
