Trio Holds Up Queens Boulevard McDonald's, Steals $3,600: NYPD
The robbers made off with $3,600 from a Queens McDonald's early Sunday after climbing through the drive-through window, police said.
LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — A trio of robbers made off with $3,600 in cash from a Queens McDonald's early Sunday after climbing through the drive-through window and pulling out a gun, according to the NYPD.
The group pulled up in a black sedan just after 4 a.m. at the McDonald's drive-through on Queens Boulevard near 38th Street, police said.
Two of them climbed through the drive-through window, pulled out a gun and forced a worker to open the restaurant's safe and hand them the cash that was inside, according to police.

The police on Monday released surveillance footage of the robbery in an effort to identify the suspects.
