At The Libraries: Halloween Parade, Art Council Movie Night

Everything going on at our libraries this week.

Our local libraries are a source of both knowledge and entertainment, with informational and education events being hosted throughout the week. Babylon and West Babylon Public Libraries often host these events for little or no charge, so check out the top events going on this week. You can see more events by checking the calendars at Babylon Public Library and West Babylon Public Library.

  • The Babylon Village Arts Council will be showing another in their series of films with the 1950 flick "Night and the City" on Tuesday at Babylon Public Library at 6:45 p.m.
  • Make a creepy looking snack as third through fifth graders can make a Chocolate Spider Pretzel on Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the Babylon Public Library.
  • Children in grades six through twelve can head to the West Babylon Public Library for a fun evening of pumpkin decorating on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
  • Get set for the most candy-filled day of the year with a Halloween Parade and Storytime at the Babylon Public Library on Thursday at 1 p.m. Remember to wear your costume!
