The Babylon School District has posted supply lists for all incoming fifth-graders continuing their 13-year journey through the school system this fall.

Make sure your little student is headed to the fifth-grade at Babylon Grade School with the right supplies by using our simplified lists below.

The district asks parents that all supplies be labeled with your child's name.

Fifth-Graders


  • 1 Zippered binder-heavy duty

  • 1 5-subject spiral notebook

  • 2 3-subject spiral notebooks

  • 1 1-subject spiral notebook

  • 3 Marble composition notebooks

  • 6 Plastic folders with pockets and holes that fit in the trapper

  • 1 Zippered pencil bag with holes

  • 1 Glue stick

  • 1 Box tissues

  • 2 packages of 3” x 5” lined index cards

  • 3 individual gallon sized Ziplock bags

  • 1 box of colored pencils (12 per pack)

  • 1 pack of Post-In Notes with lines

  • Several pens and sharpened pencils

  • Erasers

  • 1 Hand-held pencil sharpener

  • 1 Headphones/earbuds with an 1/8" audio connector for iPods
