BAY SHORE, NY— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. Bay Shore, meet George “Jay” Osman.

What makes your dad extra special?

Ever since I took my first breath, my dad has been by my side guiding me through all of life’s obstacles. He is my best friend and most importantly my dad. My dad’s knowledge has never failed me. He is so humorous, kind, loving and intelligent. Without him, I don’t know where I would be.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

My dad never gets the credit he deserves. But I always try to remind him how much I love and appreciate him.
