FRESH MEADOWS, QUEENS — Two people were hospitalized after a six-car crash along the Clearview Expressway in Queens midday Thursday, according to FDNY officials.

The crash happened about 2 p.m. near the Exit 4 ramp on the highway's southbound side, a Fire Department spokesperson said.

EMS rushed two people to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens hospital.
