BAYSIDE, QUEENS — What started as a conversation at a Bayside bar this weekend turned violent when a man stabbed two bar-goers involved in the chat, according to police and a report.

Two men, both in their 20s, struck up a conversation with a woman at Hatfields sports bar shortly before 5 a.m. Saturday morning, enraging a third man, police and The New York Post reported.

Following a dispute, the attacker stabbed both men, knifing the 20-year-old in the stomach and the 22-year-old in the shoulder, according to the NYPD.
