The Queens Library is closed today, but people are out and about with their sleds.
The Parks Department has an officially sanctioned 'Snow Day' running till 3 p.m. today at Juniper Valley Park, at 78th Street and Juniper Valley North. Sleds are free.
There's even free hot chocolate.
