Another Little Neck Business Hit With Graffitti

They've hit again.

DiMaria's Brick Oven Pizza and Kitchen on Northern Boulevard in Little Neck became the latest area business to be targeted by purveyors of graffitti — also known as "taggers."

Owner Joe DiMaria said he discovered the graffitti on the side of his brick building when he arrived to open up the business at approximately 9 a.m. Saturday.

"This is the first time we've been hit," DiMaria said.

By mid-day Saturday, DiMaria's landlord had removed the white spray-painted tags from the restaurant located near the Stop and Shop supermarket at 248-25 Northern Blvd.

A police report has been filed at the 111th Precinct, according to a representative of the Little Neck Pines Civic Association.
