Bayside To Add Sushi Spot, Speakeasy To Bell Boulevard
Sushi by Bou will open its sixth city location on Feb. 16 at 38-29 Bell Boulevard, offering a Disco Era-inspired space.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — After Bayside lost Sushi Bell on Bell Boulevard last year, Queens residents will have a new and upscale option to get their sushi fix.
Sushi by Bou will open its sixth city location on Feb. 16 at 38-29 Bell Boulevard, offering a Disco Era-inspired space with a speakeasy hidden nearby.
Customers can let the chef decide the menu for them, a meal called “omakase” in Japanese. The customer may choose between a 12-course meal for $60 or a 17-course meal for $100 consumed within an hour.

To enter the speakeasy, customers must enter through the Greek restaurant Baraki and head to the back of the venue.
The restaurant said in a statement that it will have an outdoor patio when the weather warms up.
