Bayside Hills To Get $500K Worth Of Curb Repairs
The streets and sidewalks of Bayside Hills are getting a $500,000 makeover this week.

BAYSIDE HILLS, QUEENS — The streets and sidewalks of Bayside Hills are getting a $500,000 makeover this week.
The NYC Department of Transportation is rebuilding concrete curbs and replacing sidewalks along three neighborhood streets to reduce flooding and increase pedestrian safety.
The blocks getting repairs are 208th Street between 53rd and 56th Avenues, 210th Street between 50th and 53rd Avenues and 213th Street between 56th Avenue and the Horace Harding Expressway.

Construction is scheduled to finish by the end of the week.
"Our streets in Bayside Hills have gone far too long without infrastructure upgrades," said state Assembly Member Nily Rozic, who secured funding for the project.
