Bayside Man Arrested After Fatal Crash In Hillcrest: Police
Yan Yeoh was arrested after he struck Daniel Zuzworsky, 24, with his Mercedes Benz on Homelawn Street, police said.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — A 63-year-old man from Bayside was arrested Tuesday after he fatally struck a man with his car in Hillcrest last month, police said.
Yan Yeoh was arrested after he struck Daniel Zuzworsky, 24, with his Mercedes Benz on Homelawn Street while he was making a turn toward Grand Central Parkway Service Road on Jan. 27 about 8:43 a.m., the NYPD said.
Yeoh remained on the scene after he struck Zuzworsky, authorities said.

Zuzworsky, from Jamaica, was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where he died, police said.
The 63-year-old was arrested for failing to yield to a pedestrian with his car and failing to use due care, the NYPD said.
