Beer Belly's to Open on Dec. 5

A new eatery and bar known as Beer Belly's will open this Thursday night on Bell Boulevard.

The restaurant, located at 39-17 Bell Blvd., will feature 50 beers on tap, including domestic, imports and craft beers.

Beer Belly's will open its doors at 9 p.m. on Dec. 5, but will not begin serving lunch for another few weeks, said Scott Bass, the bar's owner.

Hours of operation will be from 3 p.m. to about 4 a.m. every night.

Beer Belly's also has a second floor, where patrons can make use of four self-serving taps.

The eatery will serve burgers, barbecue, salads and other items.
