Press 195
Address: 40-11 Bell Blvd.
On its Facebook page, Press touts formidable sandwiches, burgers, Belgian fries and salads as well as its continued success on Zagat. Press invites diners to imagine sitting in the eatery’s backyard with a great sandwich and a fine microbrew — of which Press has many. The restaurant’s website promises fresh ingredients and “home-cooked goodness,” serving lunch, dinner and late-night snacks seven days a week.
Fiamma 41
Address: 214-26 41st Ave.
Fiamma 41 wants its customers to dine like they mean it. The Italian restaurant opened in 2013, and while Fiamma is young, the recipes are not. According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, recipes are based on a figure named Mama Maria, born in Matera, Italy, whose cuisine has inspired the menu that Fiamma 41 customers see today — “prepared by our family just for you,” the Facebook page reads.
Cafe 1 of a Kind
Address: 255-13 Northern Blvd.
Cafe 1 of a Kind seeks to create an environment where its guests can relax and enjoy coffee, food and other drinks with “the great personal service that everyone needs in this fast-paced world.” Per the cafe’s Facebook page, recommendations include pancakes — for which there is a wide range of sweet and savory toppings — with a hot cup of Brooklyn-sourced joe.
Sol Bar & Grill
