The North Shore Symphony Orchestra presents “Flights of Fancy” a gala evening
including a Guest Performance, Raffle Baskets
The program for the Saturday, December 20 th concert includes:
Claude DEBUSSY: Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun
Laura SCHWENDINGER: Animal Rhapsody
Igor STRAVINSKY: Suite from The Firebird (1919)
Gustav HOLST: Brook Green Suite, H. 190
performed by students of the Virtuoso Suzuki Academy
Leroy ANDERSON: Sleigh Ride – Conducted by a lucky Raffle Winner
and a Basket Raffle fundraiser with over $5000 in prizes including donations from:
NY Philharmonic, NY Giants, Hicks Nursery, Long Island Violin Shop, Medieval Times, Brooklyn Cyclones,
LI Ducks, Adventureland, Tilles Center… and MANY more
