Classic Car Shows Returns To Bayside Through August
The free shows, which include music and charity raffles, will be held at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center every other Tuesday as of May 24.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Don't worry about long-term parking issues if you see one of Bayside's major shopping centers filled with cars.
The vehicles aren't here to stay, they're part of a classic car show returning to The Bay Terrace Shopping Center for the second summer in a row.
Starting May 24, the shopping center's parking lot will fill with classic cars — as well as live music and charity raffles — from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. every other Tuesday through August 30.

Cord Meyer Development Company, which owns the shopping center located at 212-45 26th Avenue, is sponsoring the free event in partnership with Jackie DeLuca and the Queens Classic Car Club.
"We are thrilled to welcome back this enjoyable, family-friendly event," said Cord Meyer vice president controller, Joe Forgione. He described the shopping center as the "perfect place for a car show" since it is located in "the heart of the community and has so much to offer."
