Club Pilates To Open At Baybridge Shopping Center This Spring

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — A new pilates studio is heading to Bayside just in time for the summer.

Club Pilates, a nationwide chain, will open its doors at Baybridge Shopping Center by mid-May, co-owner Angelo Acquista told Patch.

“We saw there was a big demand in Bayside,” Acquista said. “Based on what we’ve been seeing, we’ve had a big turnaround.”

Since Acquista signed the lease in late February, the Bayside location at 208-02 Cross Island Parkway has already had over 100 members sign up for the services when they open up later this spring.

The equipment in the main workout room includes mats, exo chairs, springboards, BOSU balls, and weights.

Club Pilates has over a dozen locations in the city, with one of them stationed at Forest Hills.
