College Point Smoke Shop Busted For Illegal Cannabis, Drug Sales: NYPD

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Two people were arrested last week after police found a smoke shop in College Point selling cannabis and psychedelic mushrooms illegally, police said.

Ekaterina Diaz, 36, and Omar Diaz, 37, were arrested on Jan. 11 after Narcotics Bureau Queens North found they were selling cannabis and psilocybin mushrooms inside of 18-35 College Point Boulevard, the NYPD said.

Ekaterina is charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, while Omar is charged with criminal sale and possession of cannabis and of a controlled substance.
