Flushing Man Falls Off E-Bike In College Point, Dies: Police

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — A 62-year-old man who was riding an e-bike and fell on College Point Boulevard died last month, police said.

Goubin Liu, from Flushing, was riding an e-bike northbound on College Point Boulevard, near 30th Avenue, when he fell to the pavement and struck his head on Jan. 18 about 10 p.m., the NYPD said.

Liu was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital in Queens, where he died on Jan. 20, authorities said.
