The pyrotechnic spectacle will take place between 9.15 p.m. and 9.30 p.m., according to Vallone's office. Fireworks by Grucci, which is designing the show, also did one in the United Arab Emirates in 2015 which currently holds the Guinness Record for "largest pyrotechnics image," according to the Guinness World Records.

Due to the expected huge turnout, guests are encouraged to bike, walk or take a bus. Parking will be available at the Clearview Golf Course, the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, Little Bay Park underneath Throgs Neck Bridge and along Bell Boulevard, according to Vallone's office. Buses will carry guests to and from the parking sites starting at 6 p.m.
