Gunmen Nab $9K Of Marijuana Products From Bayside Smoke Shop: NYPD

The masked robbers drove off late Monday in a BMW with a busted headlight, police said.

BAYSIDE, NY — Masked gunmen robbed $9,000 worth of marijuana products and merchandise from a Bayside smoke shop, police said.

The heist in Zaza Smoke Shop began when the robbers walked into the Bell Boulevard business Monday about 11:55 p.m. and flashed guns to a 20-year-old man who worked there, authorities said.

Video released by the NYPD shows robbers holding guns at the employee. One of them also holds what appears to some sort of tool.

The robbers, once they got their fill of marijuana and merchandise, ran off and into a BMW with a broken front headlight parked outside, police said.
