Helicopters Sent To Bayside Park To Look For Missing Person: NYPD
An as-yet-unidentified person went missing in Crocheron Park Wednesday at about 3 a.m., and hasn't been found hours later, police said.
BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Police helicopters took to Bayside's skies early Wednesday morning to search for a missing person, an NYPD spokesperson told Patch.
The police department's aviation unit searched around Crocheron Park at about 3 a.m. to find the person, who remains unidentified by police, the spokesperson said.
As of 11:30 a.m. Wednesday the person still hadn't been found, the spokesperson said, who added that NYPD officials are still working on the case.
