1. Welp, the City Council did end up voting to of the Queensboro Bridge.

2. In our parts, it seemed like nobody but nobody was happy to receive the news. Not Twitterers, Facebook commenters or people we got on the phone. We'll have the reaction of Queens folks for you coming up this morning.

3.Queens College will have an experts' . The panel, made up of Moshe Halbertal, Ghaith al-Omari and Robert Danin, is very timely.

4. In other bridge news, The Bayside Historical Society is accepting entries for the Building the through May 15.
