Men In Linden Hill Rob Vehicle After Failed Attempt In Whitestone: PD
The men dragged a 42-year-old out of his vehicle, put a plastic bag around his head, and tied his hands, police said.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Police are searching for the men who robbed a vehicle in Linden Hill after a failed attempt on the same day in Whitestone two months ago, the NYPD said.
Two men banged on the window of a vehicle parked at the corner of Totten Street and Utopia Parkway about 1 a.m. and demanded the 43-year-old man to exit his car, police said.
The men failed to start the vehicle and they fled with the 43-year-old’s cellphones and backpack, which contained property valued at about $4,315, authorities said.

Later that day, the two men were joined by another man and used a firearm to threaten a 42-year-old man on 35 Avenue and 146th Street who was inside his 2018 Honda Pilot, the NYPD said.

The man complied and later directed them to his home using his car to give them the money, authorities said.
After they stole the cash, the men untied the 42-year-old, dropped him off in Nassau County, and fled in his vehicle, the NYPD said.
The 42-year-old’s vehicle was recovered on Nov. 2, police said.
Police released images of the men, who are described as approximately 20 to 25 years of age.
