Motorcyclist In Critical Condition After Crash In Whitestone: NYPD

​A 25-year-old motorcyclist was in critical condition after a driver struck him in Whitestone on Friday, police said.

A 52-year-old woman driving a 2013 Chrysler minivan hit the motorcyclist on 150th Street and 20th Avenue after he attempted to pass the vehicle on its left side on May 19 around 7:30 p.m., the NYPD said.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — A 25-year-old motorcyclist was in critical condition after a driver struck him in Whitestone on Friday, police said.

A 52-year-old woman driving a 2013 Chrysler minivan hit the motorcyclist on 150th Street and 20th Avenue after he attempted to pass the vehicle on its left side on May 19 around 7:30 p.m., the NYPD said.

The strike made the motorcyclist crash against a parked Nissan SUV, police said.

The 25-year-old was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens in critical condition, and the NYPD's Highway Patrol is investigating the incident, authorities said.

The minivan driver remained on the scene, and no arrests have been made, cops said.
