"The opening and implementation of our Kidz Fit Gym will provide support for children and families who need an additional outlet, and help children develop not only a passion for, but an awareness of the importance of health and wellness at a young age," Mady Caslow, chair of the Commonpoint Queens Board Program Committee, said in a statement.
