New Italian Restaurant Opens Its Doors In Bayside
Valdari, located at 214-26 41st Ave., has opened its doors with the restaurant's ower, David Arias, doubling as its chef.
BAYSIDE, QUEENS – A new Italian restaurant opened its doors in Bayside’s 41st Avenue, hosting its soft launch this month as a string of new eateries open in the neighborhood.
Valdari opened its doors at 41st Avenue between Bell Boulevard and 214th Place on Nov. 18 with the restaurant’s owner, David Arias, doubling as its chef.
"Yes, We’re Open!" an Instagram announcement reads. "Know About Us Before Everyone Else."

The restaurant offers pasta, pizzas, steak and burgers and its hours are noon to 11 p.m., seven days a week, according to the menu on its website.
The eatery may be new but rave reviews have already started pouring in...on Yelp.

"For us to return to an Italian restaurant, we need to love their grilled octopus and Valdari nailed it to our liking," wrote Sherie S. "It's also not boring."
"Staff was also amazing and super attentive!" added Jeff L. "Also had some tasty cocktails!"
David B. noted the eatery — at 214-26 41st Ave. — is the former location of the beloved local eatery Fiamma 41.
"I knew that I had to check it out and see if it lived up to its predecessor," Daniel wrote. "All in all, there's a lot of promise here and this was a wonderful experience for Valdari's soft opening."
