NYC Schools Chancellor Coming To Northeast Queens For Town Hall
Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza will be at a town hall Thursday to address District 26 families' questions and concerns.

OAKLAND GARDENS, QUEENS — New York City Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza is heading to Oakland Gardens for a town hall Thursday geared toward families in the public school district that covers northeast Queens.
District 26 families will get the opportunity to ask questions and share concerns with the city school system's leader during the hourlong town hall at Nathaniel Hawthorne Middle School, or M.S. 74.
On-site interpretation will be available, according to a meeting flier.

The town hall will take place during Community District Education Council 26's monthly meeting, which kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a report from District Superintendent Danielle Giunta.
Families and other community members are urged to show up at the start of the meeting to submit any questions or comments they have for Carranza.
