Parents Seek Missing Son, 18, After Fight: NYPD

BAYSIDE, NY — The parents of an 18-year-old from Auburndale are need help to find their missing son, according to police.

Jordan Alexander, who is Asian and described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and 115 pounds, was last seen carrying a black backpack and wearing a gray t-shirt, gray shorts, black sneakers and glasses, said the NYPD.

“He had a fight with his parents,” an NYPD spokeswoman told Patch, about Alexander, who left his home on Aug. 22 at 11 a.m., nearly 24 hours ago.

A photo of the teen is attached and anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD or reach out to the 111th Precinct.
