Police Identify Body Found in Little Neck Bay
Man Discovered in Water Off Fort Totten on Nov. 13
The victim recovered Nov. 13 in the waters off Fort Totten was identified today by the New York Medical Examiner's Office.
John Cullen, 49, was by police and fire rescue officials after eyewitnesses saw him fall from the Throgs Neck Bridge, which connects Queens with The Bronx.
