Report: Man Kills Himself On Throgs Neck

The Throgs Neck Bridge was host to another tragedy on Monday night, as a 36-year-old man committed suicide while behind the wheel, according to the Daily News.

The motorist shot himself in the head at 7:11p.m., according to the report, and then careened into another car waiting near the toll booth to enter into the Bronx.

The man, who was reportedly driving a 1999 Chevy Silverado, died 40 minutes later. Those injured by his out-of-control car were treated for minor injuries.
