BAYSIDE, QUEENS — A group of constituents from New York's 3rd Congressional District will caravan from Long Island to Queens as a protest against Rep. George Santos.

Residents from the district will launch the “Drive Out Santos” caravan on Saturday, Feb. 25, at 10 a.m. starting at Michael J. Tully Park in New Hyde Park, stopping at locations that represent Santos-related scandals.

"We want to make sure that he and everyone else knows that we will never accept the normalization of this imposter as our Member of Congress," said Jody Kass, founder of Concerned Citizens of NY-03, a group advocating for Ssanto's expulsion. "His constituents will never forgive his many deceits, and he continues to embarrass us with the daily revelations of old scams, his new lies about his lying, his new scandals, and his tone-deaf actions in Congress.

The first stop will be at the Garden City Animal Hospital, located at 290 Denton Avenue in New Hyde Park, to protest against the alleged mishandling of funds at the Republican’s charity Friends of Pets United.

The caravan will then stop at Lake Success Jewish Center in Great Neck, which was chosen by the group after it was revealed that the freshman lawmaker lied about his Jewish heritage, including a story of grandparents he said fled the Holocaust.

The caravan’s third stop will be at CitiBank, where Santos lied about working, located at 111 Great Neck Road.

The fourth stop is planned for II Bacco Italian Restaurant, where Santos’s team allegedly spent more than $26,000 on pasta, pizza, and other food items. The caravan will make its final stop at his Queens office located at 242-09 Northern Boulevard.

Members of the caravan, organized by the groups MoveOn, Courage for America, and Concerned Citizens of NY-03, will deliver comment cards to the office.

The Republican lawmaker, who represents parts of Long Island and Queens, is under fire after a bombshell report from The New York Times in December revealed that Santos fabricated essential parts of his resume, including his educational and professional background, during his campaign.

More allegations of fabrications and inconsistencies related to his background and finances began to mount, leading to federal and county investigations.

A group of democrats submitted a resolution to remove Santos from his seat, a measure that has been highly supported by his own constituents.
