Samuel Field Y to Host Family Fun Day on Jan. 5

The Samuel Field Y will host a family fun day in its gym that will include gymnastics and Zumba next weekend.

The Y, located at 58-20 Little Neck Parkway, will hold the event from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 5.

The program will kick off with 30 minutes of indoor gymnastics play and will be followed by a 30-minute Zumba workout.

There will be a lunch option following the exercises from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The class is intended for children, ages 3 to 10 years, and their families. It will cost $15 for one adult and child with each additional family member costing an additional $7.
