The men forced their way into the couple's home and stole thousands of dollars in jewelry, police say.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS -- The NYPD is looking for three masked men who forced their way into an elderly couple's Bayside home and tied the pair up while they stole thousands of dollars in jewelry, police told Patch.
On Tuesday, Nov. 14, at around 7 p.m. the 77-year-old man and 73-year-old woman were inside their home at 29th Avenue and 214th Place when they heard the doorbell ring, police said. They opened the door to find three masked men staring back at them.
The men pushed the couple to the ground and forced their way into the house, showing at least one firearm, police said. The suspects tied the couple up and paced the property for around 20 minutes, demanding to know where their safe was. They took around $2,000 worth of jewelry before leaving, an NYPD spokesman said.
