Stop-Work Order Issued for CVS on Bell Boulevard
Pharmacy will replace Lucky Bell Store.
The city has placed a full stop-work order on the CVS Pharmacy that is being constructed at the former Lucky Bell Store site.
A note attached to the construction wall on Nov. 13 said that the city's Department of Buildings was forcing work to halt at the site.
The construction was shut down after a DOB inspector found that work was being done in "an unsafe or dangerous manner," according to the note.
It was unclear when the CVS, located at 42-09 Bell Blvd., is scheduled to open.
