Thursday: Movie Screening at Queens Farm, Braunstein Blood Drive

'Ain't Them Bodies Saints' will screen this evening at the Queens County Farm Museum.

The Queens County Farm Museum, located at 73-50 Little Neck Parkway, will host a screening this evening of the film "Ain't Them Bodies Saints," which won critical acclaim at the Sundance and Cannes Film Festivals.

The movie follows the story of a criminal (Casey Affleck) who escapes from prison and attempts to reunite with his wife (Rooney Mara) and daughter.

Doors open at 8 p.m. and the film begins at 9 p.m.

And state Assemblyman Edward Braunstein, D-Bayside, will host a blood drive from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center on 212th Street and 26th Avenue.

Each donor will receive by mail a pair of tickets to a 2013 Mets game.
