Tuesday: Health Program for Kids, Chair Yoga
Also, Bayside's Vibez Studio is offering a free Zumbini class for kids.

The Samuel Field Y's Bay Terrace center, located at 212-00 23rd Ave. in Bayside, is holding a program today titled Apples Before Candy: ABC Healthy Lifestyle Initiative for Early Childhood Families.
The class, which runs from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., will educate parents on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, from food choices to fitness practices.
The Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., is hosting its Introduction to Chair Yoga class at 1 p.m. During the class, instructor Irene Failenbogen will teach techniques and exercises that participants can practice while seated. Attendees should wear workout clothes and sneakers. Preregistration is required.
Bayside's Vibez Studio, located at 32-43 Francis Lewis Blvd., is offering a free Zumbini trial class for youngsters and their parents at 5:30 p.m.
The class, which is aimed at children ages 3 years and below, combines child development and Zumba. For more information, call 347-889-6987.
