Wednesday: Affordable Care Act Forum, Children's Programs at the Library

And there will be an immigration reform bank taking place this evening.

The Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., is offering its Mother Goose Time and Toddler Time programs today.

The former, which is aimed at infants between the ages of 18 months and 2 1/2 years, includes nursery rhymes, finger plays, songs and play time. It begins at 11 a.m.

The latter, which is for toddlers between the ages of 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years, includes songs, stories and rhymes. The program starts at 1:30 p.m.

U.S. Rep. Grace Meng, D-Flushing, will hold a forum on the Affordable Care Act today at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, located at 146-01 45th Ave. The event will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

And Northeast Queens for Action will host an immigration reform phone bank at 7 p.m. Click here for more information on the event.
