Whiz Kid: Armand Tognan

• School:  SUNY Cobleskill freshman Armand Tognan, formerly of Holy Cross High School
• Accomplishment: Tognan was named the North Eastern Athletic Conference league’s Male Swimming & Diving Student-Athlete-of-the-Week for the first week in February.
• Kid's Key to Awesomeness: Fighting Tigers swim team captain in a non-scoring qualifying meet earlier this month against SUNY Delhi, won the 500 Yard Freestyle in a time of 7:13.71,  and the 200 Yard Freestyle in 2:30.93. The league also credits him with anchoring the team's winning 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, with a time of 1:52.05.
