23-Year-Old Father Gunned Down in Brevoort Houses
No arrests were made, and police are still investigating

A 23-year-old man was gunned down Wednesday night on Ralph Avenue in the Brevoort Houses, poilce said.
Rashad Baucom-Slaughter, of Ardsley Loop in East New York, was found dead outside the building with gunshot wounds to his head and lower back just after 12:30 am, according to cops.
Bacoum-Slaughter had been attending ASA College to become a computer technician. Baucom-Slaughter was a father who loved being there for his son, according to his sister, Lydia Goodman, as reported by the Daily News.

Goodman said the family was trying to figure out how to break the tragic news to Rashaad Jr.
"We haven't told the baby yet," she told the newspaper.
Cops said they had not made any arrests in the shooting and that the investigation is still ongiong.
