A 24-year-old man was murdered Monday night near Kosciuszko Street and Nostrand Avenue at approximately 9:00pm.

79th Pct. Police responded to a 911 call and found the victim at the scene with one gunshot wound to the head. Emergency vehicles arrived on the scene shortly afterward and pronounced the victim dead.
There are no arrests at this time. Identification of the victim is still pending, and the investigation is ongoing.
