The two dozen apartments hit the city's affordable housing lottery this week, records show.
BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — More than two dozen apartments have hit the city's affordable housing lottery in Bed-Stuy — but only for those that make at least $85,000 each year.
The Broadway complex, found near Stockton Street, has 25 one and two-bedroom apartments available, according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development listing.
The open spots will go to those that make at least 130 percent of the area's median income, meaning applicants should make at least $85,680 per year for the one bedroom units. The two-bedroom units have a minimum combined income of $102,823 for two people.

Though income levels are rising in Bed-Stuy, more than half the neighborhood's residents still made less than $60,000 a year in 2019, according to data from New York University. The neighborhood had a 23 percent poverty rate that year, compared to the 16-percent poverty rate citywide.
The Broadway complex comes with several amenities, including covered parking, a recreation room, a roof deck and, for some units, a patio or balcony.
It will stay on the lottery until an August 17 application deadline.
The Bed-Stuy building is one of several in Brooklyn on the affordable housing lottery.
Others include a newly-added complex on Linden Boulevard, a Vanderbilt Avenue building, an East New York development and several spots in buildings in Southern Brooklyn.
